1. Take the 401 exit 394 to Whites Rd. 2. Head south on Whites Road till you reach Oklahoma Dr. Turn east (left). 3. Take Oklahoma Dr. till you reach Breezy Dr. Turn south (right). 4. The club is 100 m. ahead on the left, at 635 Breezy Drive. |

After transiting the cut into Frenchman's Bay swing wide of the last green buoy onto a heading of about 280 and head directly towards the docks and clubhouse visible on the west shore of the bay. There is usually at least 6 feet of water all the way in unless you stray too close to the beach to the south of your approach. Hail the FBYC Duty Officer or any member on VHF 68 for slip assignment and assistance. The Duty Officer can be recognized by his bright orange safety vest. Failing that, most any visible member should be able to assign you a slip and assist you in. Duty Officers are on duty: Weekdays 18:00 to 21:30 and weekends 14:00 to 21:30. Prepare spring lines in advance to loop over the stern pilings as you enter your slip and you shouldn't have any problems. Frenchman's Bay Yacht Club has recently undertaken a major dock renovation. Almost all docks, except for some of the most inshore on the South dock, are floating docks with fingers, providing easy docking and access. |
